Description
• Distributing various surgical items/pharma products to
specified locations within a given time frame.
• Plan delivery priority for emergency & non emergency situation
• Willingness to travel extensively & controlled driving according to
the state/central govt traffic rules.
• Carefully delivering the items to the right parties without any error
or complaints.
• Accepting & recording the collection payments.
• Answering customers’ questions and responding to complaints
professionally.
• Investigating any discrepancies with the delivered packages.
• Obtaining customer’s signatures on delivery papers upon
the completion of each delivery.
• Cleaning, washing, refueling, and maintaining the company vehicle.
• Maintaining log book for each travel.
• Prompt reporting of vehicle issues
• Helping store team for packing, dispatching, stock checking.
• Directly reporting to Store Manager.
• Other duties assigned by the Store Manager
