Through volunteerism and quality-driven initiatives, we work to make a meaningful difference worldwide. --- Volunteer Role: Reference Team Member Responsibilities: - Send out reference requests for applicants, ensuring we receive feedback from at least three referees for each candidate. - Conduct background checks to verify the accuracy of applicants' credentials and information on their CVs. - Analyze feedback from referees to ensure applicants meet IHF’s standards of quality and integrity. - Document and report findings to aid in the selection process. Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Excellent communication abilities to interact professionally with references. - A commitment to IHF’s mission and values. - Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to this volunteer role.
