Steps to Get a PSARA License:
Meet the Eligibility Criteria:
Be an Indian citizen
Be at least 18 years old
Have a clean criminal record
Have adequate financial resources
Have a registered office
Have an MoU with a recognized training institute
Gather the Required Documents:
PAN card
Certificate of Incorporation (for companies) or Partnership Deed (for firms)
GST registration certificate
Provident Fund registration
ESIC registration
Shop and Establishment Act registration
Identity proof and address proof of directors/partners and employees
Income Tax Returns of directors/partners
Affidavits as per PSARA Act
MoU with the training institute
No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the local police station

You need to tie up with a government-recognized training center to train your security guards.

File the Application (Form-I):
Submit the application form (Form-I) to the controlling authority in your state.
Include Form-II for verification of antecedents and an affidavit in Form-III.
