Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Remediation: Manually tag and structure PDFs to ensure proper reading order, heading hierarchies, and data table accessibility.Compliance & Validation: Ensure documents adhere to WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, and PDF/UA standards using tools like PAC or Adobe Acrobat.Alt-Text & Forms: Create descriptive alternative text for non-text elements and fix interactive form fields.Quality Assurance: Test documents using screen readers (JAWS, NVDA).Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to integrate accessibility best practices.
