We are seeking a creative and strategic Personal Branding Specialist to build, manage, and enhance the personal brand of executives, entrepreneurs, influencers, and professionals across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content strategy, social media management, branding, digital marketing, and audience engagement to create a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Brand Strategy
Develop and implement personal branding strategies aligned with individual goals.
Define brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and positioning.
Build a consistent and professional online presence across digital platforms.
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and influence.
Content Creation
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other platforms.
Write captions, articles, blogs, newsletters, and thought leadership content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Develop a content calendar and publishing schedule.
Social Media Management
Manage personal social media accounts and online communities.
Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and build audience relationships.
Track social media performance and optimize content strategies.
Brand Promotion
Increase brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns.
Identify collaboration, networking, speaking, and media opportunities.
Manage online reputation and respond to public feedback professionally.
Support PR activities and media communications when required.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Analyze audience insights and recommend improvements.
Prepare monthly performance reports.
Optimize branding strategies based on analytics.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing teams, content writers, graphic designers, photographers, and video editors.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align branding goals.
Stay updated with social media trends, branding techniques, and AI tools.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in personal branding, digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management.
Freshers with a strong portfolio and branding expertise may also apply.
