Responsibilities
Operations & Auctions: Conduct regular chit auctions, manage the bidding process, and ensure the timely disbursement of prize money to winners.
Business Development: Develop strategies to acquire new subscribers, meet branch enrollment targets, and retain existing client relationships.
Collections & Recovery: Oversee daily collections, follow up on pending dues, and negotiate repayment schedules to minimize overdue accounts.
