Items in our DME Library program generally cost you $0 and may include delivery right to your home also for $0. Our staff will complete a short survey with you and then someone should reach back out to you within a few days to share how we can help.
To qualfy for assistance you should meet one of the following three criteria:
Be a senior, or
Be an older adult with a permanent disability, or
Be verified as low income with a disability
