We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Java programming to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Advanced Java, object-oriented programming, and modern Java frameworks, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
Deliver classroom, online, and practical training sessions on Java programming.
Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and File Handling.
Conduct hands-on coding sessions, programming labs, and workshops.
Assess trainee performance through assignments, coding exercises, projects, and tests.
Course Development
Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and coding exercises.
Update course content based on the latest Java versions and industry trends.
Design real-world projects and case studies for practical learning.
Prepare training schedules and evaluation plans.
Student Mentoring
Guide students in Java-based academic and real-time projects.
Provide coding support and resolve technical queries.
Conduct mock interviews, aptitude sessions, and career guidance.
Help students improve problem-solving and coding skills.
Technical Support
Assist trainees in debugging, testing, and optimizing Java applications.
Introduce version control tools such as Git and GitHub.
Guide students on software development best practices.
Encourage participation in coding competitions and certification programs.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and trainee progress.
Prepare training completion reports and certification records.
Collect trainee feedback and recommend improvements.
Maintain training lab systems and software.
Collaboration
Coordinate with academic teams, placement officers, and industry experts.
Support curriculum development and technical workshops.
Stay updated with emerging Java technologies and frameworks.
Participate in seminars, webinars, and faculty development programs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Java development or Java training.
Freshers with strong Java knowledge, projects, and teaching aptitude may also apply.
